Black caviar is an independent delicacy, so it does not need a complicated serving at all. Too bright ingredients can simply drown out its taste. But the version of the canape with quail eggs and cucumbers turns out quite good.
Ingredients
- White bread - 8 slices
- Quail eggs - 4 pieces
- Cucumbers - 1 piece
- Greenery - 2-3 twigs
- Black Caviar - 8 tsp.
- Butter - 4 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the quail eggs until tender 4-5 minutes, peel and cut in half.
Toast the bread in a dry pan until golden brown. Brush with butter.
Very finely chop the cucumber and herbs.
Put a spoonful of caviar, half an egg, some cucumbers and herbs on each slice of bread.
