- Physalis - 1 kg
- Cucumbers - 1 kg
- Onion - 500 g
- Carrots - 500 g
- Garlic - 1 head
- Greenery - 1 bundle
- Sugar - 100 g
- Salt - 40 g
- Black Pepper - 12 peas
- Apple cider vinegar - 100 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Clean and rinse the physalis, and pour boiling water for 2-3 minutes.
Cut it into slices. Cut the remaining vegetables into arbitrary medium pieces.
Add whole garlic cloves and chopped herbs.
Add salt, sugar, pepper and vinegar, mix the salad and leave for 15 minutes.
Bring it to a boil, boil for 10-15 minutes and roll it into sterile jars.
