I bring to your attention a wonderful recipe for tomato adjika with garlic and pepper without cooking. When preparing vegetables, pay attention to the fact that bitter pepper can be of varying degrees of sharpness. In addition, its amount can be adjusted to your liking.
Ingredients
- Tomatoes - 500 g
- Bell pepper - 200 g
- Hot red pepper - 200 g
- Garlic - 100 g
- Vinegar - 50 ml
- Utsho-suneli - 0,5 tsp.
- Ground coriander - 0,5 tsp.
- Salt - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the hot and Bulgarian pepper in half, peel off the seeds.
Peel the tomatoes, disassemble the garlic into cloves and peel off the husks.
Chop the vegetables in a blender.
Add spices, salt, vinegar and mix well.
Put the adjika in clean, dry jars, close the lids and put it in the refrigerator.
