It can be difficult to find really delicious ice cream in the supermarket refrigerator. Especially if we are talking about some exotic and unusual tastes. Therefore, I prefer to cook a variety of curiosities, like melon ice cream, at home.
Ingredients
- Melon (pulp) – 500 g
- Cream (33%) – 250 ml
- Powdered sugar - 120 g
- Mascarpone - 150 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the melon in a blender.
Whisk cream with powdered sugar into a fluffy foam.
Add mascarpone and mix.
Add the melon puree and mix.
Put the mass in molds or in a container and send it to the freezer.
Stir the ice cream every 30 minutes until it solidifies.
