Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix rice flour, powdered sugar and water.
Divide the dough according to the number of different colors, mix each piece with a dye.
Put the blanks in bowls and send them to the microwave for 30 seconds.
Take it out, mix it and put it back in the microwave for 30 seconds. Repeat the procedure until the dough thickens.
Mix cottage cheese and condensed milk.
Divide the filling according to the number of different colors of the dough, add a drop of dye to each part and mix thoroughly.
Sprinkle the table with starch. Roll out the dough with a thin cake, squeeze out small circles with a mold.
Choose the right color filling. Put a little on the circles and seal tightly. Give the cake a round shape.
