Ingredients
- Flour - 180 g
- Butter - 100 g
- Chicken eggs - 5 pieces
- Water - 180 ml
- Sugar - 1 tsp.
- Salt - on the tip of the knife
- Egg yolks - 2 pieces
- Milk - 200 ml
- Flour - 1 art.l.
- Sugar - 120 g
- Vanilla Essence - 1 drop
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil water, add sliced butter, salt and sugar. Boil everything together for 5 minutes and remove from heat.
Pour in the sifted flour and mix until smooth.
Cool the dough slightly and beat with a mixer, adding eggs one at a time. The mass should be thick and shiny.
Using a pastry bag, place the dough on a baking sheet covered with parchment.
Bake for 35 minutes in a preheated 180 degree oven.
Mix the yolks, flour, sugar and vanilla essence.
Pour in the hot milk and beat with a mixer until smooth.
Warm up the mass for 5 minutes on low heat, turn off and cool.
Fill the finished profiteroles with chilled cream. You can do this with a pastry syringe or a spoon.
