Ingredients
- Cottage cheese - 400 g
- Egg yolks - 2 pieces
- Flaxseed flour - 8 tbsp.l .
- Coconut oil - 2 tbsp.l .
- Stevia - to taste
- Vanillin - on the tip of the knife
- Salt - on the tip of the knife
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Rub the cottage cheese through a sieve or grind it in a blender.
Add stevia, half of flaxseed flour, egg yolks, vanilla, salt and mix.
Form a thick sausage and cut into small pieces.
Shape each one into a round cheesecake and roll in the remaining flour.
Fry until golden brown in a preheated frying pan with the addition of coconut oil.
