You won't believe it, but there is a recipe for Kiev PP cake. It is prepared from rice flour without butter cream and sugar. The dessert turns out to be somewhat unusual, but very tasty. I advise you to cook at the first opportunity.
Ingredients
- Chicken eggs - 4 pieces
- Peanuts - 100 g
- Cashews - 100 g
- Rice flour - 100 g
- Vanillin - 0,3 tsp.
- Stevia (liquid extract) – 1 art.l.
- Starch - 3 art.l.
- Salt - at the tip of the knife
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Lightly fry the nuts and chop them in a blender.
Whisk the whites with salt until fluffy peaks.
Add rice flour, half nuts, starch, vanillin, stevia extract and mix well.
Pour the dough into silicone molds and bake for 30 minutes at 150 degrees.
Mix starch, milk powder, stevia, cocoa and vanillin.
Boil the milk, pour in the blank of dry ingredients and boil until thickened.
Assemble the cake by greasing the cakes with cooled cream.
Brush the top with the remnants of the cream and sprinkle with nuts. Before serving, the Kiev PP cake should stand in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
