Favorite cheesecake is much easier to prepare than it seems at first glance. It takes time, but otherwise it's a fairly simple dessert. Moreover, you can simplify the task even more and cook a cheesecake from cookies. I'm sharing one of my best recipes!
Ingredients
- Cookies (sand) – 200 g
- Butter - 100 g
- Cream cheese - 600 g
- Powdered sugar - 150 g
- Chicken eggs - 3 pieces
- Cream (33%) – 150 ml
- Vanillin - 1 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the cookies and butter in a blender until smooth.
Tamp the mass into a mold, forming a base with sides.
Place in the oven for 10 minutes at 180 degrees.
Gently mix cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla.
Add the eggs individually, stirring each one.
Pour in the cream and mix again.
Wrap the cheesecake mold with foil and pour in the cheese mass.
Put the mold in a tray with water and bake the cheesecake in the oven for 60-70 minutes at 150 degrees.
Leave it for another hour in the oven turned off slightly open.
Put the cheesecake in the refrigerator for 4-6 hours.
