Fill the gelatin with water according to the instructions and leave until it swells. Then heat over low heat until dissolved.
Chop a banana with ryazhenka in a blender and gently pour in the gelatin.
Divide the mass into three parts and add cocoa to one and ground hazelnuts to the other.
Mix and pour the mousse in layers. After each layer, send the molds to the freezer for a couple of minutes so that it grabs slightly, and pour the next one.
Let the mousse freeze completely in the refrigerator.
