Sour cream is wonderfully combined with any berry. Sweet cakes, sour cream and ripe raspberries – well, how can you resist here? Such a cake looks decent on a festive table, especially if you decorate it with icing and sprinkling.
Ingredients
For cakes:
- Chicken eggs - 3 pieces
- Baking powder dough - 2 tsp.
- Butter - 70 g
- Cocoa - 3 tsp.
- Sugar - 1 glass
- Sour cream - 200 ml
- Flour - 1.5 glasses
For cream:
- Sour cream - 500 g
- Powdered sugar - 100 g
- Raspberry - 150 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Beat eggs with sugar to a froth, add melted butter, and then sour cream.
Add the sifted flour with baking powder and mix.
Separate half of the dough and add cocoa to it.
Arbitrarily pour both masses into the bowl of the slow cooker lined with parchment.
Cook for an hour in the "Baking" mode.
When the biscuit cools down, cut the cakes.
Whisk sour cream with powdered sugar until fluffy.
Smear the cakes with cream, randomly spreading raspberries.
Send the cake to the refrigerator for a couple of hours.
