Not every housewife manages to cook beautiful and lush cheesecakes. The whole secret lies in good cottage cheese and properly kneaded dough. I describe all the proportions and cooking features in this recipe.

Rub the cottage cheese through a sieve or grind it in a blender.

Mix cottage cheese, salt, sugar, vanilla, lightly beaten eggs and soda extinguished with lemon juice.

Gradually add flour, adjusting the density of the mass. Depending on the cottage cheese, it may need more or less.

Type 2 tablespoons of curd mass and form a small cake in the palms of your hands. Repeat the steps with the rest of the test.

Melt the butter in a frying pan, lay out the blanks and fry until golden brown on both sides.

Put the finished cheesecakes on a plate and serve with sour cream.
