Homemade dessert made with love is much tastier and, of course, healthier than any sweets from the store. Today I suggest you try an interesting recipe for the most delicate cake with souffle. Cooking generally takes several hours.

Ingredients

For sponge cake:
  • Chicken eggs - 3 pieces
  • Flour - 100 g
  • Baking powder dough - 0,5 tsp.
  • Sugar - 4 tbsp.l .
  • Salt - at the tip of the knife
  • Powdered sugar (for sprinkling) – 2 tbsp.l.
For souffle:

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Beat eggs with sugar and salt until fluffy.

Add flour, baking powder and mix gently with a spatula.

Cover the split form with parchment paper, pour in the dough and bake for 35 minutes at 175 degrees.

Fill gelatin with cold water and put it aside for 15 minutes.

Break the eggs, separating the whites from the yolks.

Rub the yolks with sugar until white.

Add flour, milk, mix until smooth and warm in a water bath. Do not bring to a boil!

Add vanilla essence, whipped butter and beat well with a mixer at high speed.

Beat the chilled whites to sharp peaks.

Add the swollen gelatin and mix.

Gently mix the mass of yolks and whites.

Cut the sponge cake into two cakes of the same thickness.

Put the first cake on the bottom of the split mold, pour in the souffle and put it in the refrigerator for 1.5-2 hours.

Carefully put the second sponge cake on top and send it back to the refrigerator for 1.5 hours.

Remove the finished cake from the split mold and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
