Looking for a simple dessert recipe? I advise you to cook a delicious cottage cheese pudding with sea buckthorn. Such a treat is eaten with pleasure by adults and children. Semolina is used instead of flour, so the dough should be allowed to infuse for 10 minutes.

Separate the whites from the yolks and whisk with sugar until sharp peaks.

Wipe the cottage cheese through a sieve. This will make the pudding softer and more airy.

Mix semolina, starch, sour cream, vanilla, cottage cheese and yolks. Leave the mass for 10 minutes so that the semolina swells.

Add the whipped whites in portions and gently mix everything until smooth.

Grease the mold with butter, put the curd mass and send it to a preheated 180 degree oven for 35 minutes.

Cool the finished pudding, turn it over and carefully remove it from the mold. Add sea buckthorn and mint leaves.
