Decided to cook an original snack at home? To do this, in addition to the listed ingredients, you will need wooden sticks and a deep frying pan. In the original recipe, ready-made Korean hot dogs crumble in sugar, but it seems superfluous to me.
Ingredients
For Dough:
- Flour - 300 g
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Milk - 150 ml
- Sour cream - 1 tbsp.l .
- Baking powder - 0,5 tsp.
- Sugar - 0,5 tsp.
- Salt - 0,3 tsp.
Extras:
- Sausages - 6 pieces
- Vegetable oil - 500 ml
- Breadcrumbs - 150 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix the sifted flour, baking powder, salt and sugar.
Add milk, sour cream, lightly beaten egg and mix. The dough should be as thick as homemade sour cream.
Put the sausages on skewers.
Dip the sausages in the dough, roll in breadcrumbs and fry in oil until golden brown.
Put the finished Korean hot dogs on a paper towel to remove excess oil.
