Bread spreads are not necessarily meat or cheese. I have a couple of favorite lean options, one of which I want to share today. If you stick to fasting, follow a vegetarian diet or just want variety – this recipe is for you.
Ingredients
- Bow purple - 1-2 pieces
- Garlic - 3 clove
- Walnuts - 2 handfuls
- Cilantro - 3 twigs
- Hop-suneli - 1 tsp.
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Beans - 1.5 glasses
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Pre-soak the beans overnight and boil until soft. Save the broth.
Chop the onion and fry for 5 minutes.
Dry the nuts in a dry frying pan. Chop them in a blender with garlic and cilantro.
Add the onion, beans and spices, and chop again.
Bring the spread to the desired consistency with a decoction of beans.
