- Chicken - 400 g
- Cucumbers - 2 pieces
- Cheese - 120 g
- Butter - 50 g
- Tahini - 1 art.l.
- Greek yogurt - 100 ml
- Zira - 0,5 tsp.
- Paprika - 0,5 tsp.
- Ground coriander - 1 tsp.
- Salt - 0,5 tsp.
- Lavash (thin) – 2 of the sheet
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the chicken into medium pieces, mix with spices and set aside for 1 hour.
Put on a preheated frying pan with oil and fry until tender.
Put the finished meat on a board, chop and sprinkle with salt.
Mix Greek yogurt and tahini paste.
Cut cucumbers and cheese into cubes.
Spread the pita bread and smear with the prepared sauce.
Lay out the fried chicken, cucumbers and cheese.
Turn the sides inside and roll up a tight roll.
Fry the finished shawarma on the grill until golden brown.
