Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix the egg with milk, whisk with a fork and add flour with paprika. Vary the amount of flour, depending on the consistency of the batter.
Beat off the chicken fillet, dip in batter and fry on both sides. Put it on a paper napkin, and when it cools down a little, cut it into strips.
Cut cucumbers into thin slices with a vegetable peeler, radishes into circles, and cherry slices.
Put all the ingredients on a plate, add the olives and olives and sprinkle the salad with pepper with Italian herbs.
