Ingredients
- Red Currant - 1 kg
- Yellowfix - 1 bag
- Sugar - 1 kg
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix the jelly and a couple of tablespoons of sugar, cover the currants and bring to a boil.
Boil for 10 minutes and mash the berries with a crush. Grind through a sieve if desired.
Add the remaining sugar, boil the jam for another 10 minutes after it dissolves and roll it into sterile jars.
