The most delicious cranberry preparations are obtained if you add a few oranges there. I want to share my favorite recipe, which my family is delighted with. I'm sure you'll like it too!
Ingredients
- Cranberries - 800 g
- Orange - 3 pieces
- Water - 250 ml
- Sugar - 1 kg
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel the flesh of the oranges from the peel and films, cut, cover with half of the sugar and leave overnight.
Add 150 ml of water, bring to a boil, boil for 5 minutes and remove from heat.
Let the oranges cool and cook for another 5 minutes. And again.
Chop the cranberries with a blender with the remaining sugar and water.
Mix with the orange mass and boil everything together for another 20 minutes.
Roll up in sterile jars.
