Spicy salad is very popular, so there are many variations on this topic. I liked to cook the mother-in-law's tongue salad from zucchini. Garlic and dry spices add spice to the dish, sometimes I add pepper in pods.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Pass the peeled bell pepper, onion and garlic through a meat grinder.

Mix the resulting mass with tomato juice, oil, spices and salt.

Put on medium heat and boil for 10 minutes.

Cut the zucchini into small pieces and pour it into a saucepan with boiling sauce. Cook everything together for another 15 minutes.

Pour in the vinegar, simmer for 5 minutes and remove from heat.

Arrange the hot salad in clean, dry jars, roll it up and leave it warm for a day.
