Boil the chicken fillet in advance – and such a salad is prepared in a matter of minutes. Any beginner can handle it, but it turns out very tasty. And thanks to the combination of canned pineapples with pickled mushrooms, it is also piquant.
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet (boiled) – 1 piece
- Pineapple - 200 g
- Pickled mushrooms - 200 g
- Corn - 200 g
- Olives - 150 g
- Mayonnaise - 4 tbsp.l.
- Dill - 0.5 beam
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Coarsely chop the boiled chicken.
Slice the pineapples, cut the olives in half and chop the pickled mushrooms.
Add corn and chopped dill, season the salad with mayonnaise.
