- Lettuce - 1 bundle
- Cherry tomatoes - 180 g
- Bell pepper - 2 pieces
- Green Onion - 4 pen
- Chili pepper - 1 piece
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Finely chop beef with onion and fry, stirring and breaking lumps.
Add crushed garlic, chopped chili, spices, oregano and tomato paste, and simmer for another 5-7 minutes.
Grate the carrots on a Korean grater, tear the lettuce with your hands and chop the cherry peppers.
Put all the ingredients on plates.
