Do you want to have a hearty salad for lunch? Try this simple recipe. It will require a beef steak. To make the meat juicy, fry it over high heat. 1.5-2 minutes is enough for each side. If desired, you can fry and stronger.

Wash the beef steak and dry it thoroughly with paper towels.

Sprinkle with salt and cumin on both sides. Cover with plastic wrap and leave for 15 minutes at room temperature.

Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the beef for 2 minutes on each side. Adjust the degree of roasting to your liking.

Put the beef on a board and cut into small pieces.

Peel the avocado, slice and sprinkle with lemon juice.

Tear the salad leaves into pieces with your hands.

Chop cherry tomatoes and peeled bell pepper.

Mix everything, add salt and season with olive oil.
