There is great news for mango lovers: a delicious jam is made from an exotic fruit. Since its bone is quite large, the recipe takes into account the weight of the pulp. Mango jam can be added to all kinds of desserts and pastries.
Ingredients
- Mango (pulp) – 1 kg
- Sugar - 500 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the mango pulp into small pieces and put it in a saucepan with a thick bottom.
Add sugar, cover and set aside for 1 hour.
Put on fire and boil for 5-7 minutes.
Remove the pan from the stove and grind the mass with an immersion blender.
Put it on a slow fire again and continue to boil, stirring frequently. The mass becomes thick after 10 minutes.
Arrange the hot jam in jars, close the lids and turn upside down.
