Ingredients
- Sea cabbage (dried) – 100 g
- Vegetable oil (odorless) – 2 tbsp.l.
- Lemon juice - 2 tsp.
- Soy sauce - 1 tbsp.l .
- Ground coriander - to taste
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Rinse the seaweed and pour warm water for 15 minutes.
Put the cabbage in a colander and rinse again.
Boil the water, put the cabbage in it and boil for 1 minute.
Flip back into a colander and rinse thoroughly with cold water.
Mix the cabbage with salt, ground coriander and black pepper.
Add soy sauce, lemon juice, vegetable oil and mix.
The finished dish can be sprinkled with green onions or sesame seeds.
