Delicious "Olivier" is always associated with fun and holidays, so we will not spoil the mood of the guests and prepare the coveted salad. Moreover, it is very simple and relatively fast!
Ingredients
- Boiled sausage (doctoral) – 250 g
- Chicken eggs (boiled) – 6 pieces
- Potatoes (boiled) – 250 g
- Carrots (boiled) – 2 pieces
- Cucumbers (fresh) – 3 pieces
- Green peas (canned) – 200 g
- Mayonnaise - 250 ml
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Greenery (for decoration) – 1 twig
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the sausage, potatoes, carrots, cucumbers and eggs into small cubes.
Flip the peas into a colander, rinse under running water and lightly dry on a paper towel.
In a deep bowl, mix the peas, eggs, sausage, potatoes, carrots and cucumbers.
Add salt, ground pepper, mayonnaise and gently mix the salad with a spoon.
Put the finished olivier on a nice plate and garnish with herbs.
