Ingredients
- Plums - 2 kg
- Sugar - 1.2 kg
- Lemon juice - 2 tbsp.l .
- Ground cinnamon - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Disassemble the plums into halves, cover with sugar and leave for a couple of hours or overnight.
Bring the billet to a boil and cook for 20-30 minutes on low heat to the desired consistency.
5 minutes before the end, add cinnamon and lemon juice.
Roll the jam into sterile jars.
