- Tomatoes - 2 kg
- Garlic - 200 g
- Sugar - 2 tbsp.l .
- Chili pepper - 3 pieces
- Bell pepper - 1 kg
- Vegetable oil - 125 ml
- Salt - 1 art.l.
- Vinegar - 50 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel tomatoes and peppers. Put everything through a meat grinder with garlic and chili.
Add the rest of the ingredients except vinegar.
Bring the adjika to a boil and boil for 45 minutes on low heat.
Add vinegar and roll it into sterilized jars.
