Ingredients

  • Cucumbers - 1.5 kg
  • Tomatoes - 1.5 kg
  • Carrots - 300 g
  • Onion - 200 g
  • Garlic - 4 clove
  • Salt - 2 tbsp.l.
  • Sugar - 1 art.l.
  • Vegetable oil - 1 glass
  • Vinegar - 3 tbsp.l.
  • Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Chop all the vegetables very finely or put them through a meat grinder.

Add butter, sugar, salt and spices. Bring the caviar to a boil and cook for half an hour on low heat.

Add garlic and vinegar. Boil for another 5 minutes.

Roll up the caviar for the winter in sterile jars.
