Ingredients
- Parsley - 300 g
- Bell pepper (green) – 500 g
- Vinegar - 4 tbsp.l .
- Chili pepper - 80 g
- Garlic - 170 g
- Sugar - 2 tbsp.l.
- Salt - 1 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Rinse and randomly chop the parsley, garlic and both types of pepper.
Put everything through a meat grinder. Add salt, sugar and spices to taste.
Pour in the vinegar. mix and roll the adjika into sterile jars.
Store in a cool place.
