You can cook shish kebab from different parts of the carcass. The main thing is to properly marinate and fry the meat. In this recipe I will tell you how best to cook a lamb leg kebab. You will need onions, tomato juice, a little oil, salt and spices.
Ingredients
- Leg of mutton - 2 kg
- Onion - 3 pieces
- Tomato juice - 300 ml
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.l .
- Zira - 1 tsp.
- Paprika - 1 tsp.
- Salt - 1,5 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the meat into small cubes and put it in a bowl.
Peel the onion from the husk and finely chop it.
Add chopped onion, tomato juice, salt, spices and oil to the bowl with meat.
Stir, cover and refrigerate for 6-8 hours.
Remove the meat from the bowl, peel off the marinade remnants and put it on the skewers.
Fry on the grill for 20-25 minutes, turning it over often.
