Ingredients
- Pork - 1.5 kg
- Paprika (smoked) – 1 art.l.
- Hot red pepper - 2 pinches
- Salt - 1 tsp.
- A mixture of peppers with peas - 1 tsp.
- Garlic - 5 teeth
- Olive oil - 2 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Spread the pork in a layer, chop it off and rub it with all the spices.
Spread out the garlic pieces, roll up a tight roll and tie with twine.
Sprinkle the roll with olive oil and sprinkle with spices again.
Wrap the pork in foil and bake in the oven for 2 hours at 160 degrees.
Unwrap the foil and bake for another 30 minutes at 180-190 degrees.
