Cottage cheese casserole with sour cream and raisins in a frying pan

You may disagree, but in my opinion, cottage cheese casseroles in a frying pan are terribly underestimated! But it's faster and more convenient than baking in the oven. Moreover, the recipes can also be different. For example, this one – with raisins and sour cream.
Ingredients
- Cottage cheese - 250 g
- Sour cream - 100 g
- Lemon zest - 1 tsp.
- Raisins - 1 handful
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Starch - 2 tbsp.l.
- Flour - 2 art.l.
- Sugar - 2 art.l.
- Salt - 1 pinch
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Soak the raisins in hot water for 5 minutes. Dry it.
Mix cottage cheese with sour cream and eggs. Add sugar, salt and zest.
After that, add starch with flour, and then - raisins.
Put the mass on a greased frying pan and cook the casserole on low heat under the lid for about 25 minutes.
