- Chicken eggs - 3 eggs

- breadcrumbs - 1 glass
- Flour - 3 tbsp.l.
- Paprika - 0,5 tsp.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Rinse pork, dry thoroughly and cut into plates 1.5 centimeters thick.
Wrap each piece in plastic wrap and beat it well with a hammer on both sides.
Put the chops on a plate, sprinkle with salt, paprika and ground pepper. Leave to marinate at room temperature for 1 hour.
Pour flour and breadcrumbs on different plates.
Lightly beat the eggs with salt, ground pepper and mayonnaise.
Roll the chops in flour, dip them in batter and roll them well in breadcrumbs.
Heat the oil in a frying pan, lay out the chops and lightly fry over high heat.
Cover the baking sheet with foil, lay out the chops and bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes at 180 degrees.
