- Peas - 1 glass
- Water - 3 glasses
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tbsp.l .
- Greens - 0.5 beam
- Olive oil - 2 art.l.
- Onion - 1 piece
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Bell pepper - 1 piece
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Finely chop all the vegetables and fry for 5 minutes in olive oil in the "Frying" mode right in the bowl.
Soak the peas overnight in advance. Put it with the vegetables.
Add spices, pour in water and cook for 70 minutes in the "Porridge" mode. Be guided by the decoction of peas.
At the end, mash the porridge a little with a pusher and add chopped greens.
