Winter is a time when our body especially needs support. Pickled vegetables are not only a delicious delicacy, but also a real storehouse of useful substances. In addition to standard blanks, I suggest making a couple of original jars. For example, such pickled garlic with red currants.
Ingredients
- Garlic - 15 heads
- Black Pepper - 8 peas
- Apple cider vinegar - 250 ml
- Salt - 40 g
- Sugar - 70 g
- Red currant - 500 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Divide the garlic into cloves, but leave the top skin.
Mix half a currant, a glass of water, half salt and half sugar. Boil for 5-7 minutes.
Grind the currants through a sieve. Add vinegar and the remaining salt and sugar to the juice. Bring to a boil.
Put garlic and remaining currants in sterilized jars. Pepper is also there.
Pour over the marinade. Add boiling water if necessary.
Sterilize the blanks for 10 minutes and roll up.
