Baked pork with nuts and herbs is a delicious and not quite an ordinary dish. The top layer turns out to be a little crispy, although the nuts still become softer after baking. In any case, it's worth a try!
Ingredients
- Pork - 400 g
- Nuts (mix) – 50 g
- Sour cream - 3 tbsp.l.
- Cheese (solid) – 100 g
- Parsley - 1 small bundle
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.l.
- Salt - to taste
- Spices and seasonings - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut pork into chops and chop off each piece from at least one side.
Put the nuts and washed parsley in a blender bowl.
Chop the nuts with parsley to a fine homogeneous crumble.
Add sour cream to the bowl and mix everything together.
Cover the baking sheet with foil and grease it with vegetable oil. Lay out the pieces of pork, add salt and sprinkle with spices. Then spread with a fragrant paste of sour cream, nuts and parsley.
Make a layer of grated cheese on top. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
Serve the dish hot, with fresh herbs.
