I cook soups every day. To make the menu more diverse, I try to use different recipes. Recently I liked a very simple version of beef rib soup. It is prepared with light frying and fragrant bell pepper.
Ingredients
- Beef ribs - 600 g
- Potatoes - 300 g
- Bell pepper - 1 piece
- Onion - 1 piece
- Vegetable oil - 2 art.l.
- Salt - to taste
- Water - 2 l
- Green onion - 2 of the stem
- Dill - 1 twig
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the beef ribs, dry them and cut them into segments.
Put the ribs in a saucepan, pour cold water and boil for 40 minutes. Remove the foam that will form during cooking.
Peel and slice potatoes and bell peppers.
Peel the onion from the husk and chop it very finely.
Heat the oil in a frying pan, add the onion and fry until transparent.
Add potatoes and bell pepper to the pan with meat. Cook for 15 minutes.
Pour in the roast, add salt and boil for another 5 minutes.
Serve the soup, sprinkling with chopped green onions and dill.
