Tired of the usual food? Cook pea cream soup with cream! This simple and very tasty dish is undeservedly forgotten by many housewives. You can cope with the recipe even if you don't have a blender - just use a regular potato masher.

Rinse the peas under running water and soak for 5-6 hours.

Put the peas in a colander, rinse again and pour into a saucepan with boiling broth. Simmer for 45 minutes over low heat.

Chop the dill, peeled onions and potatoes. Grate the carrots on a coarse grater.

Heat the oil in a frying pan, add the onion and carrot and fry until golden brown.

Pour potatoes into a saucepan with peas, roast and cook for another 10 minutes.

Remove the soup from the heat, cool for 3 minutes and chop with an immersion blender.

Pour in the cream, season with salt and pepper and mix well. Heat the mass for a couple of minutes on low heat, but do not bring it to a boil.

When serving, add a little dill to the plate.
