Chicken broth from chicken fillet is your choice when you need something as light as possible. This is the most dietary of all possible meat broths – there are practically no calories in it. And so that it is not bland, I will share with you a couple of secrets!
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet - 1 piece
- Water - 1.2 l
- Carrots - 2 pieces
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Onion - 1 piece
- Greenery - 3 twigs
- Celery root - 1 piece
- Bay leaf - 1 piece
- Salt - 0.5 tsp.
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Clean the chicken fillet from all streaks and fat, rinse and fill with water.
Bring to a boil, drain, pour again and boil again.
Peel all the vegetables and send them to the chicken. Cook everything together for about an hour on low heat.
5-10 minutes before the end of cooking, add the bay leaf and spices.
When serving, sprinkle the broth with herbs.
