Meat dishes with spicy spices reveal their taste in a new way. Do you want to make sure of this? Cook beef chops in a spicy batter. You will need a little red pepper, hops-suneli and garlic. The cooking technology is very simple!
Ingredients
- Beef (clipping) – 600 g
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Flour - 3 tbsp.l .
- breadcrumbs - 50 g
- Vegetable oil - 60 ml
- Ground red pepper - 0,5 tsp.
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Hop-suneli - 0,5 tsp.
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the beef tenderloin, dry it and cut it across the fibers into plates about 1 centimeter thick.
Beat off each piece with a hammer on both sides.
Season the resulting blanks with salt and pepper.
Lightly beat the eggs with salt, crushed garlic and hops-suneli.
Pour the flour on a wide plate.
Mix breadcrumbs with ground red pepper.
Roll the chops in flour, dip in the egg mixture and roll again now in breadcrumbs.
Put the meat in a preheated frying pan with oil and fry for 4-5 minutes on each side.
