Ingredients
- Minced chicken - 500 g
- Mayonnaise - 100 g
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Flour (semolina or crackers) – 2-3 tbsp.l .
- Onion - 1 piece
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the onion in any convenient way.
Mix minced meat, onion and mayonnaise, season and add flour.
Knead the minced meat and fry the cutlets in a frying pan on both sides over medium heat.
