Ratatouille is a French classic, although at its core it is just a vegetable casserole of zucchini, tomatoes and occasionally other vegetables. Of course, in the best French traditions, Provencal herbs will fit here.
Ingredients
- Zucchini - 700 g
- Tomatoes - 400 g
- Olive oil - 3 tbsp.l .
- Sea salt - 1 tsp.
- Ground black pepper - 0.5 tsp.
- Provencal herbs - 1 tsp.
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Basil - 3-4 leaflet
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the vegetables into circles and put them in a mold, as in the photo.
Sprinkle everything with chopped basil, garlic and spices.
Drizzle with olive oil and put the casserole in the oven for 40 minutes at 180 degrees.
