Spain is an amazing country that can conquer not only your heart, but also your stomach. Paella with fish is a great combination of hearty rice and tender fillet of fish. I am sure you will be pleasantly surprised to cook paella according to this recipe.

Wash the fish fillets, dry with a paper towel, cut into small pieces. Preheat a frying pan, pour in a little olive oil and fry the fish until tender, set aside.

Peel the onion and garlic from the husk, cut into small cubes. Add oil to the frying pan where the fish was fried and fry the onion and garlic until golden brown.

Wash the pepper, separate the middle and seeds. Cut the pepper into slices and send it to the onion. Fry until the pepper becomes soft.

Add rice, salt, add saffron and your favorite spices to taste, mix well. Pour in 250 ml of water or fish broth. Stir in the paella and cook over medium heat for 25 minutes.

When the water evaporates, add the green peas and the finished fish to the paella. Mix well, cover with a lid and hold for another 5 minutes. Serve to the table, garnished with fresh herbs.
