Step-by-step cooking recipe
Rinse the viburnum thoroughly. Pour boiling water over the orange, remove the zest, and finely chop the flesh of the slices.
Cover everything with sugar and mix.
Bring the jam to a boil, boil for 7 minutes and leave to cool for 2 hours.
Boil again and boil for 7 minutes, and then roll into sterile jars.
