Ingredients

  • Apricots - 2 kg
  • Sugar - 1 kg
  • Lemon juice - 100 ml

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Cut the apricots in half, peel the seeds and finely chop.

Mix the pieces of fruit with sugar, place in the bowl of a slow cooker and leave for 2-3 hours.

Pour in the lemon juice, close the lid of the slow cooker and turn on the Baking program for 1 hour.

After the beep, put the hot jam in clean, dry jars and roll it up.
