Ingredients
- Beans (boiled) – 300 g
- Arugula - 2 handfuls
- Tomatoes - 2 pieces
- Bell pepper - 2 pieces
- Bow purple - 1 piece
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp.l.
- Dijon mustard - 1 tsp.
- Lemon juice - 2 tsp.
- Paprika - 1 tsp.
- Oregano - 1 tsp.
- Salt - 0.5 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut tomatoes and peppers into medium pieces, and chop the onion.
Add the boiled beans and arugula, and mix the salad.
Season it with oil, lemon juice and Dijon mustard. Sprinkle with spices.
