If you haven't tried cooking mushrooms with basil yet, I suggest you start with such a beautiful and fragrant salad. Olive oil and balsamic are enough as a dressing, but you can add lemon juice or Dijon mustard.

- Mushrooms - 300 g
- Cherry tomatoes - 300 g
- Basil - 1 bundle
- Olive oil - 3 tbsp.l .
- Balsamic vinegar - 2 tsp.
- Ground black pepper - 1 pinch
- Italian herbs - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Coarsely chop the mushrooms, and leave the small ones whole. Fry until tender and pepper.
Cut the cherry in half and add the chopped basil leaves.
Pour olive oil over the salad, season with herbs and sprinkle with balsamic.
