When I come across fresh asparagus in the store, I definitely buy it. Firstly, it is a very useful ingredient, and secondly, dishes with it turn out to be simply a masterpiece. Today I will share a recipe for a very simple and delicious salad.
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet - 350 g
- Asparagus - 200 g
- Tomatoes - 200 g
- Salad mix - 200 g
- Olives (without a bone) – handful
- Vegetable oil (odorless) – 2 tbsp.l.
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp.l.
- Lemon juice - 2 tsp.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the chicken fillet, dry it and cut it into small pieces.
Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the fillets until tender.
Put the meat on a paper napkin to remove excess oil.
Wash the asparagus, cut off the rough lower parts.
Cut the tomatoes into small pieces.
Mix salad mix, fried fillet, tomatoes, olives and asparagus.
Add salt, ground pepper, lemon juice, olive oil and mix.
